نظمت الهيئة المستقلة لحقوق الإنسان فى شمال افريقيا، يوم الجمعة 19 يناير 2023 بفندق المسيرة بالعيون، ندوة حول حقوق الإنسان في الصحراء : المنجز والانتظارات، وذلك بمناسبة الذكرى 75 لإعلان الأمم المتحدة العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.
تهدف هذه الندوة إلى تسليط الضوء على الوضعية الحقوقية في الصحراء المغربية، وإبراز المنجزات التي حققتها المملكة المغربية في هذا المجال، وكذا الانتظارات المستقبلية.
وشارك في الندوة نشطاء متخصصون في مجال حقوق الإنسان و ممثلو المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بالجهة مع ثلة من الباحثين في المجال، ، تناولوا مجموعة من المحاور، من بينها:
* مسارات تطور حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء
* تجربة المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان و دورها في تعزيز حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء.
* المنجزات الحقوقية في الصحراء
* الانتظارات الحقوقية المستقبلية
وتدعو الهيئة المستقلة لحقوق الإنسان بالصحراء بهذه المناسبة جميع المهتمين بحقوق الإنسان بالجهة إلى الالتفاف حول قضايا حقوق الانسان و حمايتها.

Seminar on human rights in the Region of Sahara : achievements and expectations.
On Friday, January 19, 2023, at the Al Massira Hotel in Laayoune, the Independent Commission for Human Rights in North Africa organized a symposium on human rights in the Moroccan Sahara: achievements and expectations, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
This symposium aimed to shed light on the human rights situation in the Sahara, and highlight the achievements made in this field, as well as future expectations.
Activists specialized in the field of human rights and representatives of national human rights institutions in the region participated in the symposium, along with a number of researchers in the field. They addressed a number of topics, including:
* Challenges that face development and human rights in the Sahara
* The experience of national human rights institutions and their role in promoting human rights in the Sahara.
On this occasion, the Independent Commission for Human Rights in North Africa calls on all those interested in human rights in the region to rally around human rights issues and protect them.
